Scott Taylor ia a native of Washington DC he started out in gospel music. He began singing dance music in the late 1980s. He had a number 1 record on the British dance chart with the release of “Not So Far Away” (1991) and recorded a British classic called “Don’t Turn Your Back” produced by Deep Dish(1993), both from Back Beat Records. Taylor is featured on Discomusic.com and Artistdirect.com. In 1997, he began to concentrate solely on Soul and Blues music. Queen of Pop Madonna signed a three album deal with Interscope Records on Thursday December 15, 2011. Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary stated, “We anticipate a very bright future at our new home.”

Madonna’s new album with her new record label is complete according to reports. The first single will be “Gimme All Your Luvin” which is set to be released in January 2012. Unfortunately, the single “Gimme All Your Luvin” leaked out on the internet which seemed to be a demonstration that featured rappers Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.

After Madonna signed with Interscope, she will share the spotlight with labelmate Lady Gaga. Maybe these two can whip up a song and music video together as a bonus track.

According to TMZ, Country star Rodney Atkins was arrested in Tennessee for domestic assault after allegedly trying to smother his wife with a pillow — but TMZ has learned Rodney has since filed for divorce, and insists his wife made up the whole thing.

According to court docs filed in Williamson County, Rodney’s wife Tammy Atkinscalled 911 at 7:47 AM on November 21 — claiming the two had been arguing throughout the night in their home … when Rodney turned violent.Tammy told police Rodney tried to smother her with a pillow … and later grabbed her by the face and threw her down the hallway.

According to cops, Tammy insisted the platinum-selling singer “had been drinking alcohol all night and was intoxicated.”

What’s worse — Tammy claims the entire assault took place in front of the couple’s 10-year-old son.

Rodney was hauled to a nearby jail — where he was booked and released on $2,500 bail.

But Rodney says his wife is straight up lying — and his lawyer is calling the incident nothing more than an “unfortunate verbal dispute.”

In a statement released to TMZ … Rodney’s lawyer says, “When Mr. Atkins realized their child was in hearing range of the argument his first priority became getting out of the earshot of the child.”

The statement continues, “Mr. Atkins realized he would have no recourse but to file a complaint for divorce. He has exercised substantial parenting time with the parties son and he will continue to do so while the divorce is pending.”

“Mr. Atkins wants to thank his fans for standing by him as he is confident the truth will prevail.”

JPop Singer Koda Kumi announced her engagement to KENJI03 on December 13, 2011. The engagement news was sent out via FAX and on Kumi’s website that she her finacee will register at the ward office by the end of the year.

According to Japan Today, Kumi said she and KENJI03 started dating after they worked together on her album “4 TIMES” last summer. “I was really attracted to him and his music. I think I fell in love first. When I am with him, I can be myself and cannot stop smiling. There are too many things that I want to talk about, so I have to stop. Anyway, he is an amazing person who accepts me as I am.”

KENJI03 said that he and Kumi hope to become the coolest couple in the universe. KENJI03 is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitar player for the rock band BACK-ON.

Kumi is 29 and  KENJI03 is 27.

According to Yahoo Sports,  NBA Star Ben Wallace was arrested for a DUI and in possession with a gun in Michigan. Wallace is a center for The Detroit Pistons.

Wallace was arrested at about 3 a.m. in Bloomfield Township a Detroit suburb.  Wallace was driving a Cadillac Escalade erratically with an unloaded pistol  in a backpack.

Wallace’s blood-alcohol content was at 0.14 percent, which is well above Michigan’s legal limit of 0.08 percent.

He pleaded guilty  to misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and possessing a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. The maximum penalty would have been 93 days in jail.

Wallace helped The Detroit Pistons win the 2004 NBA title.

Music artist Se7en will kick off the new year with a new mini-album on January 18, 2012. However, the mini-album is only going to be release in Korea.

Se7en’s recording company YG Entertainment is looking into Japan’s request for the upcoming mini-album.

According to Wikipedia, Se7en will release a full Japanese album as well as a Korean album in January 2012.

Information on the tracks for the mini-album and full albums have not been released yet.
