Link: Yoochun (JYJ) Grieving Hard Not Eating Or Sleeping After His Father’s Death
Singer, songwriter, rapper, actor Park Yoochun of JYJ and his brother actor Park Yoohwan father passed away on Wednesday March 14, 2012.
Yoochun was returning from Peru concert wrapping up JYJ’s south american tour on March 11, 2012. However, the JYJ is working on their second English album and traveling backand forth from Korea to the States, possibly, Los Angeles. No sure, when Yoochun learned of the news and his brother Yoohwan.
According to All K Pop, Yoochun’s representative added, “We also heard that his father passed away. It happened so suddenly so we’re not sure if he’s heard of it yet. Yoochun is currently on his way back from his concert in Peru and we haven’t been able to get in touch with him. He’s been feeling great over the success of JYJ’s South American tour so it’s really unfortunate to hear of this. We’re worried that he will be in shock upon hearing the news.” This statement was made when the news first broke out about Yoochun losing his father. Then All K Pop added, Yoochun must make a stop in the States before returning to Korea, so there’s a considerable amount of time before the unfortunate news will reach him.
Now is the time for TVXQ’s Yunho and Changmin to comfort Yoochun along with Jaejoong and Junsu. Come together as five. Enough is enough with Yunho and Changmin not communicating with Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu. After all, Yoochun has suffered a great lost as well as Changmin losing his grandmother.

I don’t think losing your grandmother can be compared to losing your father at the age of 51. Yoochun’s father brought him up but Changmin’s grandma didn’t. I guess you have no idea what it’s like to lose someone very dear to you.

Thanks Marine for replying,
I didn’t want to be insensitive when writing about someone losing a loved one. Losing anyone who is dear to you can be difficult. My heart goes out to both Yoochun and Changmin. I’m not sure how close he was to his grandmother but he still lost a family member. I just hope they all get back on speaking terms and be there for each other. Of course, a parent is far closer than a grandparent; however, some people are reared by a grandparent and they are considered like parents. My mother was reared by her grandmother and it was and still is painful.
