Miranda Kerr works hard to maintain her svelte figure.

The Victoria’s Secret model quickly regained her amazing body following the birth of her son, Flynn, 13 months ago but admits it wasn’t easy.

She told Haute Muse magazine: ”It’s been a lot of yoga and Pilates, and eating healthily. It does take hard work.”

The Australian beauty is known for following a strict organic diet and sticking to a rigorous fitness regime but admits she does sometimes treat herself.

She said: ”If you want to have a little indulgence every now and then, then that’s okay. Sometimes I’ll feel like some dark chocolate or sometimes I’ll feel like some French fries.”

Miranda, 28, recently revealed how important it is for women to feel good about themselves.

She said: ”I can’t feel bad about being who I am, just like the girl next to me can’t feel bad about being who she is. Because a rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose.”

”I want to encourage women to embrace their own uniqueness. Because just like a rose is beautiful, so is a sunflower, so is a peony. I mean, all flowers are beautiful in their own way, and that’s like women too.”

According to People, Dutch Prince Johan Friso’s battle to regain consciousness after being buried alive in an avalanche last week may be hopeless, says his doctor.
“It is clear that the oxygen starvation has caused massive brain damage to the patient,” said Dr. Wolfgang Koller, head of trauma at Austria’s Innsbruck hospital where the second of Dutch Queen Beatrix’s three sons is being treated, reports Britain’s Independent.
“At the moment, it cannot be predicted if he will ever regain consciousness.”

The prince, 41, was on a skiing vacation in the Austrian resort of Lech and lay under a mound of snow for at least 15 minutes before his rescue and hospitalization.
According to reports, the prince’s mother and his wife, Mabel, have been to visit him, as have his brothers, Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and Prince Constantijn.

Prince Frisco and his wife Mabel are parents to two daughters, Countess Luana, 6½, and Countess Zaria, 5½.
The prince is expected to receive further treatment at a private clinic, where he will eventually be moved

Leading Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan surrendered to police after being accused of breaking a man’s nose in an brawl at a luxury hotel restaurant in Mumbai, police said on Wednesday.
The star was released on bail after being questioned about the incident at Colaba police station. The actor was charged with voluntarily causing severe hurt.
Khan ran into trouble after a South African businessman registered a case with the police, complaining that he was pushed and punched in the face by the actor at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel’s Wasabi Japanese restaurant.
Khan, 41, was dining with his girlfriend, actress Kareena Kapoor, and friends on Tuesday night when he allegedly clashed with Iqbal Sharma.
Police said Sharma said he was hit on the nose after a “heated argument” with Saif.
“Saif and his friends (seated next to us) were loud and raucous. We only asked the hotel authorities to get them to quieten down,” Sharma told NDTV television channel.
Sharma claimed the actor then told him: “Do you know who I am? If you want peace, go to a library.”
This led to an argument, after which Sharma was allegedly pushed and punched in the face, leading to a broken nose.
The actor however claimed one of his friend was assaulted which led to the fight.
Khan, educated at leading English private school Winchester, is one of Bollywood’s biggest actors.
He is also a film producer and has recently been putting final touches to his spy-thriller “Agent Vinod”, which is set for release next month.
Khan became the new Nawab (Muslim prince) of the former princely state of Pataudi last year after the death of his famous cricketing father Mansur Ali Khan, better known as “Tiger Pataudi”.

According to  AP,  Roger Simpson said he looked down the road and saw a little girl running outside her home but didn’t give it another thought. Police, however, said the man witnessed a murder in progress.

Authorities say 9-year-old Savannah Hardin died after being forced to run for three hours as punishment for having lied to her grandmother about eating candy bars. Severely dehydrated, the girl had a seizure and died days later. Now, her grandmother and stepmother who police say meted out the punishment were taken to jail Wednesday and face murder charges.

Witnesses told deputies Savannah was told to run and not allowed to stop for three hours on Friday, an Etowah County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman said. The girl’s stepmother, 27-year-old Jessica Mae Hardin, called police at 6:45 p.m., telling them Savannah was having a seizure and was unresponsive.

Simpson said he saw a little girl running at around 4 p.m., but didn’t see anybody chasing or coercing her.

“I saw her running down there, that’s what I told the detectives,” Simpson said from his home on a hill overlooking the Hardins. “But I don’t see how that would kill her.”

Authorities are still trying to determine whether Savannah was forced to run by physical coercion or by verbal commands. Deputies were told the girl was made to run after lying to her grandmother, 46-year-old Joyce Hardin Garrard, about having eaten the candy, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Natalie Barton said.

Savannah Hardin died Monday at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s release said an autopsy report showed the girl was extremely dehydrated and had a very low sodium level. A state pathologist ruled it a homicide.
