Gavin DeGraw was attacked and beaten in New York after he left from having a good time with some friends. After the attack, Gavin walked about a mile and was hit by a cab driver,  according to his publicist he have cuts, bruises, and black eyes.  Last reported DeGraw was said to be in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital on Tuesday.

DeGraw is best known for his hit song “I Don’t Wanna Be”.
