According to CNN, Spaniard pop singer Alejandro Sanz has married Raquel Perera in a private ceremony in Barcelona, Spain, the couple announced Wednesday.
The newlyweds, who married on May 23, then baptized their son, Dylan, on Saturday, the parents said in a statement.
“It was a very beautiful day, unique and moving and everything went as we had dreamed,” the couple said in a statement about their wedding.
Sanz, 43, who was born in Madrid and raised in Cadiz in the Andalusia area of Spain, is a singer-songwriter and guitarist known for his flamenco-inspired music.

TILLMAN’S CORNER, Ala. – Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley has been arrested in Alabama on charges of driving under the influence and attempting to elude police, his second arrest in his home state in two months.

Alabama state troopers say the 24-year-old passed a state trooper early Sunday morning at 100 mph in his Cadillac Escalade in unincorporated Mobile County. After initially refusing to stop for the trooper’s emergency lights and siren, Fairley pulled over and seemed impaired. He was arrested without incident.
Fairly was also cited for reckless driving, no proof of insurance and open container. Fox10TV.com reported Fairley posted $1,750 bond and was released shortly after 9 a.m. on Sunday.
Lions spokesman Bill Keenist says the team is aware of the reports and is gathering information. Fairley’s agent did not immediately return a call from The Associated Press seeking comment Sunday.
Fairley also was arrested April 3 in Mobile on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge after citizens called to complain that Fairley’s Escalade was speeding through a lower-middle class neighborhood in Mobile.
Fairley was a standout at Auburn and the Lions’ first-round draft pick in 2011. As a junior, he was the Lombardi award winner as the nation’s top lineman and helped lead the Tigers to the 2010 national title.
However, Fairley struggled through his rookie year, playing in just 10 games because of a foot injury. He finished the season with 11 tackles and one sack.
Lions running back Mikel Leshoure also pleaded guilty earlier in May to a marijuana possession charge, two months after police discovered him with pot in his mouth during a traffic stop in southwestern Michigan. Leshoure was also a member of the Lions’ 2011 draft class, taken with the 25th pick of the second round.

One of the most unbelievable pregnancy claims has been confirmed as a hoax. Karla Vanessa Perez told a major Mexican news station she was pregnant with nine kids.
Mexico’s main broadcaster Televisa broke the story of the 32-year-old mother’s record-breaking multiple pregnancy Thursday, andmajor news outlets around the world picked it up overnight. Gawker already has a tabloid-ready nickname for her: “Nonomom.”
But by end of day Friday, the local newspaper in Perez’s Mexican town challenged her claims. According to a reporter from El Diario de Coahuila who spoke with Perez’s mother, she is not pregnant at all. A Telemundo reporter also claimed to have evidence that Perez is lying, according to MSNBC. By Friday evening, Reuters, one of the first major U.S. news outlets to pick up the original story, confirmed what we were already beginning to think. We’d been had.
Televisa says she provided them with very convincing evidence of her condition, including an ultrasound. Health officials and local politicians were rallying behind her and she was willing to speak on camera about the whole thing. In the video of a news broadcast, Karla appeared remarkably calm considering what she said lay ahead. That should have been a tip off.
But maybe the world just wanted to believe. The idea of the ‘mega-multiple mom’ has become a modern day Icarus story. A symbol of how medical advancements can lead to amazing physical feats and unexpected problems. See Kate Gosselin’s rise and fall, and Octomom’s perpetual tragedy. The less well-known moms of septuplets (an average of one per year in the U.S.) grapple with the very serious health risks of carrying so many children, and later the financial burdens of raising them. For those who know them it’s a personal challenge, but for the public at large, it’s a curiosity, and one that an entire network once rested its laurels on (yes you, TLC). In popular culture, mothers of 6 or more multiples are considered acrobats, superheros, biological anomalies and reflections of our complicated relationship toward motherhood. The thought that a woman, namely Perez, had taken it all one step further was just curious enough to stifle our cynicism.
It’s not clear how many people were involved in Karla’s hoax, but her story roped a lot of people in. After claiming financial hardship, her town mayor Ernesto Cepeda Valdes, promised to be “like godparents to those babies and give all the support we can.” He’ll probably be taking that promise back now.
Just over the border in Houston, an undisputed mother of mega-multiples is recovering after her emergency delivery. Laura Perkins gave birth at 30 weeks to three boys and three girls ranging in size from 1 pound 10 ounces to 2 pounds 15 ounces. Five of the babies are doing well, though Perkins reports on her blog that one is in more critical state. “One baby is sick, but making progress,” reads a blog update on the Perkins’ site. “In the NICU, things change hourly so we’re constantly getting updates.”
In contrast to the great Nonomom fiasco, Perkins is a sobering reminder. Multiple pregnancy is very real, very serious and something nobody can pretend to understand unless they’ve been there.
According to MSNBC, reports that a Mexican woman is pregnant with nine babies are not true, according to El Diario de Coahuila, the local newspaper in the town were the woman lives.
Mexican television stations aired interviews with Karla Vanessa Perez of the northeastern state of Coahuila, which borders Texas, where she claimed fertility treatments led to this multiple pregnancy and also that she already had triplets.
The story was widely reported by various media outlets, including msnbc.com.
But when reporters from the Mexican newspaper investigated, they learned she’s actually not pregnant at all. Her mother, Francisca Castañeda, told El Diario de Coahuila that Perez has three children, ages 15, 12 and 4 and after the last was born, had an operation to prevent her from getting pregnant again.
David Vila, a reporter with Telemundo, also contacted the office of Mexico’s Secretary of Health, which confirmed she wasn’t pregnant. The office had initially reached out to her to offer to help.
José Salvador Gallegos Mata, a member of the Mexican Society of Gynecology and Urology told the newspaper that someone who would make such false claims “needs to urgently say ‘I’m here. Please look at me, I exist.’” He added, “That woman needs urgent psychological treatment.”

The murder of Princess Michael’s Russian ‘toyboy’ could have been a case of mistaken identity, according to the politician who believes he was the intended victim.
A senior official and neighbour, who drives an identical Mercedes car and was previously targeted by an assassination squad, has been told by police they are probing whether the killers got the wrong man.
Furniture tycoon Mikhail Kravchenko, 46, who accompanied the princess on a four-day break in Venice in 2006, was buried last week after he was gunned down just 50 yards from his home in an elite village near Moscow.
His neighbour, Vakha Evloev, 51, is the Moscow representative for Ingushetia, a volatile republic in the Caucasus region of southern Russia with a significant terrorist problem.
He said: ‘There is a suspicion that I was the true target, not Kravchenko, and they just mixed us up. We both drove dark blue Mercedes cars of the same model.’
But it also emerged today that Kravchenko knew for years that someone had wanted him dead after surviving two bungled murder attempts as well as four arson attacks at his Moscow factory.
It is understood Kravchenko – who despite his fears had no bodyguards – was killed close to Evloev’s high-security home near the historic village of Peredelkino, where writer Boris Pasternak penned Dr Zhivago.
‘I live not far from here and have CCTV cameras on my cottage, maybe they captured the killers,’ he said. ‘I have picked up the videotapes and passed them to police.’
Evloev is now understood to be under increased security.
A cousin of the ex-president of Ingushetia, Ruslan Aushev, Evloev was severely wounded in May 2008 when his car was shelled by automatic firearms in Nazran, the regional capital.
While the men do not look similar, the shooting – using handmade weapons – was at around 2am in a dimly lit lane.
Police say that Kravchenko, who built his business empire around his £130million-a-year March 8 furniture brand, was shot up to ten times before being hauled from his car and finished off with a bullet to the head.
Kravchenko’s circle claimed initially he had no enemies and was not concerned over his safety.
But a close friend has now said that he knew he was a marked man.
‘He knew he was in danger. We discussed it many times, but he didn’t want to live in a security bubble, the source told the Sunday Times.
‘He was reluctant to discuss security but, especially recently, he felt more at risk.’
After his funeral in Moscow last week, attended by several thousand mourners led by his elderly parents, friends also alleged he was under pressure from sinister forces seeking to grab his business assets.
He had been subjected to police raids in a move seen as pressurising him into giving up his assets.
The retail furniture business is seen as a notoriously shady sector in Russia and friends said he had battled various attempts to seize his company.
Kravchenko himself had complained of his sofa designs being pirated, yet he seemed unconcerned over any threats.
‘Mikhail had problems with the law-enforcement organs,’ insisted retail consultant Dmitry Potapenko, a close friend.
‘People were after his assets. The murder was not an accident. These people knew what they were doing. He was the head of the holding, he was the key figure, uniting the companies.’
He claimed collusion between the police and shadowy business figures led to Kravchenko’s murder.
Yet a close friend, famous TV presenter Nikolai Drozdov, with him shortly before he died, said Kravchenko was not concerned about his personal safety in his final hours.
‘He did not have a bodyguard, he drove himself everywhere in an old Mercedes,’ he said.
Another close business ally said: ‘This version of mistaken identity is certainly possible.’
Police are understood to be working on a number of theories and are checking his computers and mobile phone for clues.
Kravchenko was at the centre of a royal scandal in 2006 after being photographed hand-in-hand with the married princess in Venice, raising questions about the state of her marriage to Queen’s cousin Prince Michael of Kent.
Both denied an affair.
The princess – and her husband, who also knew Kravchenko – was last week said to be ‘very distressed’ over her friend’s murder.

If you “heart” Emma Yong, mark the date — 15 June — as her fellow thespians come together for a memorial concert that will feature the late singer-actress’s favourite songs.
Yong, better known as one-third of musical cabaret group Dim Sum Dollies, died from stomach cancer on 2 May at the age of 36.
Besides tunes from The Dim Sum Dollies routines, concert-goers can expect romantic ballads from local musicals like “Beauty World”, “Cinderella” and “Aladdin”, as well as the theatre actress’s favourite Disney selections and jazz standards.
Starring some of the most well-loved names in Singapore theatre including Adrian Pang, Glen Goei,Pam Oei, Selena Tan and Tan Kheng Hua, the memorial concert will also raise funds for a cause Yong was passionate about. The Emma Yong Fund gives aid to theatre practitioners in Singapore suffering from all critical illnesses.
Both concerts on 15 June, one at 7:30pm and another at 9:30pm, will take place at the Esplanade Concert Hall. Ticket prices begin from S$50 and go up to S$1,000 for seats within the VIP Box.

B1A4 is signed with WM Entertainment and they debuted in June 2011. The group consists of CNU, Jinyoung, Sandeul , Gongchan, and Baro. The groups name was formed by their blood types, four out of five members have A blood type and one member has B blood type.
According to Yes Asia, B1A4′s first album Ignition is getting a Special Edition repackage! The Special Edition includes all the tracks from the original album, plus two new songs and two more instrumental tracks. Their new title song Baby Good Night is a retro synth-pop dance number composed by leader Jin Young, with lyrics co-penned by Jin Young and Baro.

After spending most of Wednesday being interrogated, an arrest warrant for entertainer Ko Young-wook was rejected.
“We have insufficient evidence on the matter to issue an arrest warrant,” the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office said.
Ko was allowed to go home while police continue to investigate the sexual assault charges brought against him by three minors.
As he was leaving the police station on Wednesday night, Ko said he was sorry for “causing a disturbance,” and vowed that he would continue to cooperate with the police.
The first accusation against the ’90s dance group member was brought by a teenager and aspiring entertainer in March who claimed that the singer raped her after he suggested meeting up in order to talk about launching her career.
Since then, two other girls have also stepped forward to file similar complaints against the Korean entertainer.

After Core Contents Media announced that there will be two additional members to T-ARA, fans have been eagerly anticipating the big reveal, and it was recently that the identity of the ninth and final member was revealed to the public.
As reported on Allkpop, on 23 May, the newest member was revealed to be a middle school student named Dani.
It was reported that 14 year-old Dani has lived in America since she was four, and will now shuttle between Korea and America as she prepares to join T-ARA officially.
Dani will be taking part in the music video for T-ARA’s new song and will officially join the group after the eighth member, who will be active in T-ara starting from July.
Previously, Core Contents Media CEO, Kim Kwangsoo announced the re-organisation, stating that there will be two new members added to the existing seven-member group and revealed the eighth member.
“T-ARA is aiming to start off on a new footing come this summer. They will first start promotional activities as an eight-member group.”
With regards to the eighth member they mentioned, “She is nineteen this year, and is blessed with both looks and talent.”
Meanwhile, T-ARA’s new album will feature various top producers, including Jo Young-soo and Shinsadong Tiger, who have produced hit songs for the group in the past.

After a row of speculations, it was revealed that SBS “K-Pop Star” winner Park Ji-min has chosen to sign with Park Jin-young’s JYP Entertainment.
According to Kpopfever website, SBS revealed that, “Park Ji-min has recently signed a contract with JYP Entertainment. SM, YG, JYP Entertainment companies are well aware that the successful debut and promotions for the first winner of “K-Pop star” is important so they have been coordinating with Park Ji-min on the plans going forward.”
They also revealed that the 15 year-old has decided to work and debut with JYPE as they have the same music taste that she hopes to make.
The winner Park Ji-min enthused, “It feels like a dream that I am joining a company out of the three that give me flutters just to hear their names. I am especially really happy that I will be able to receive more of the detailed instructions from judge Park Jin-young and I will work hard to learn more to show a much improved version of myself.”
Meanwhile, according to a representative at JYP Entertainment, Park Ji-min is already working on her debut project.
The rep stated, “Park Ji-min recently signed with JYP and her debut project is already in progress.”
The agency praised her hardworking attitude and added, “We don’t know when her official debut will be and no concrete schedule has been outlined, however, she will be releasing an album in the near future to make her debut in the music industry.”

A young woman who was left with a permanent brain injury while working as an extra on the movie Transformers 3 received an $18.5 million settlement today.
Gabriella Cedillo, then 24, was airlifted to hospital after being hit in the head as she drove a car during a stunt in September 2010.
A cable under tension snapped and smashed through the windshield of the Toyota driven by Miss Cedillo on location in Hammond, Indiana.
The young woman was taken by helicopter to a nearby hospital and underwent emergency surgery for serious head injuries. The 26-year-old suffered irreversible damage following the incident.
Her attorneys said a ‘completely inadequate superficial weld had been applied in a failed effort to secure the bracket to the [stunt] car’ according to NBC.
Miss Cedillo’s lawyers added that Paramount Pictures and DreamWork’s Studios did everything they could avoid paying their employee’s medical bills and had brought several lawsuit to avoid paying the young woman compensation, according to NBC.
A Cook County judge approved the multi-million dollar settlement today.
At the time of the accident in 2010, a witness said: ‘The cable snapped, and the cable went into the westbound lane where we were at and hit the girl’s car, smashed the windshield.
‘From the way it looked, I don’t know if she was knocked out immediately or not but the… vehicle just went, it just kept going.’
Ms Cedillo was not a stuntwoman but simply an extra in the blockbuster film.
On that particularly fateful day of shooting, she was one of the extras who opted to driver her own car, a 2006 Toyota sedan, during a freeway scene.
‘We weren’t trained stunt people,’ an on-set source told RadarOnline.
‘They paid regular extras to use their own personal cars an extra $25 per day for that freeway scene.
‘We were never informed of the risk we were putting ourselves in and when you take into consideration the amount you are being paid to be there, it’s not worth it.’
Ms Cedillo’s brother told the local NBC affiliate that his sister worked as a bank teller at the time of the incident, but she took on extra roles in an effort to break into the film industry.
‘This was not her first time as an extra,’ her brother Adam said, without expanding into what other films his sister had appeared in.

Sir Elton is ailing.
Music superstar Elton John, 65, has been hospitalized in Los Angeles with a respiratory infection that has forced him to cancel three upcoming concerts, he announced this morning.
According to his rep, he developed the “serious respiratory infection” over the weekend during his weekly performances of “The Million Dollar Piano” show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The condition worsened on Monday and Tuesday, and John was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at 6 a.m. Wednesday, where he remained throughout the day. He underwent tests, and his doctor recommended he take a week off for rest and to treat the infection with antibiotics.
He has now canceled performances scheduled for tonight, Saturday and Sunday at Caesar’s Palace.
“It feels strange not to be able to perform,” he said in a statement. “I love performing this show and I will be thrilled when we return to the Colosseum in October to complete the 11 concerts soon to be scheduled. All I can say to the fans is sorry I can’t be with you.”
John still plans to tour Europe this summer, starting June 1 in Germany.

Kim Kardashian’s former sister-in-law, Kaela Humphries, has revealed why she quit her career as a medical sales rep to pursue plus-size modelling.
The 29-year-old sister of NBA star Kris Humphries moved to New York from Minnesota in March, after she signed on to Ford Model’s plus-size division.
As the new face of Limited’s Eloquii line, she told People magazine: ‘I didn’t know about plus-size modeling, or that you could make a career out of it!’
After a photographer saw Miss Humphries’ picture, saying she had ‘pretty eyes,’ she decided to ‘go for gold’ with full-time modelling.
Shortly after, she booked shoots with both Nordstrom and Kohl’s.
Miss Humphries, who attended college on a full sporting scholarship, said when she retired from swimming to focus on modelling she went up three dress sizes.
Standing at 5’11, she admits she recently lost 40lbs to fit the preferred U.S. size 16 of the plus-size modelling industry.
‘It’s competitive out there there,’ she explained.
Ms Humphries says she avoids carbs after 8pm and works out twice a day for up to two hours, but still indulges in treats every now and again.
She said: ‘Even if I am a plus-size model, I have to be in the best shape for me.’
‘And I’ll have the hamburger,’ she added, ‘But I should probably say I’m getting a salad.’
Ford is confident she will follow in the steps of Crystal Renn and Ashley Graham, saying in a statement: ‘A true size 16-18, Kaela will be in a league of her own.’
Ms Humphries became a household name after her brother married reality TV personality Kim Kardashian on in 2011.
Before it was announced that Ms Kardashian filed for divorce from Mr Humphries after 72 days of marriage, Ms Humphries appeared on Kim & Kourtney Take New York.

Entertainer Ko Young-wook spent yesterday morning at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office being interrogated by a judge who was to decide whether there was enough evidence to issue an arrest warrant.
Ko was detained and questioned on charges of sexual assault and sleeping with minors.
His agency refused to issue a statement. When Ko was transported to Yongsan Police Station at around noon, he told the press that there was “nothing left to say.”
Ko said he was sorry for causing a disturbance but kept quiet when the press asked if he was admitting guilt.
An application for an arrest warrant had been filed by the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office two days earlier after investigating claims that he had used his celebrity status to talk minors into sleeping with him.
The first accusation against Ko was brought by a teenager and aspiring entertainer in March who claimed that the singer raped her after he suggested meeting up in order to talk about launching her career.

He didn’t shout it from the rooftops, but Jim Parsons has admitted he’s gay.
The information about The Big Bang Theory’s actor’s sexual preference – and the fact he’s been in a 10-year relationship with a man – was mentioned toward the bottom of a New York Times’ story today.
Times writer Patrick Healy, discussing a Broadway play the 39-year-old actor was in last year wrote, ‘The Normal Heart resonated with him on a few levels: Mr Parsons is gay and in a 10-year relationship… ‘
Unlike other actors who identify as gay, such as Ellen DeGeneres or Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Parsons has been very quiet on the subject.
Although he starred as a gay man in the Broadway play The Normal Heart, in his Emmy winning role as Sheldon in The Big Bang Theory, he plays a nerdy scientist who has little social or romantic skills.
He has also failed to reveal who his lover is.
Parsons has won countless acting awards, but has yet to bring his ‘other half.’
Now that he’s out of the closet, gay writers hope he’ll be a more vocal in his defense of other homosexual actors.
In a recent edition of Out magazine, columnist Michael Musto called for Jim Parsons, as well as other actors such as Queen Latifah, to come out of the closet loudly and proudly, calling it the ‘honourable – and sensible – thing to do.’

In yet another twist in the child custody case between pop star Usher Raymond and ex-wifeTameka Foster, things got more than uncomfortable after a lawyer accused the pop star of sleeping with Tameka’s bridesmaid during their marriage.
During court proceedings on Wednesday, Usher sat on the stand, accusing Tameka of constantly changing nannies.
What came next clearly shocked the star.
Tameka’s lawyer apparently justified Tameka’s change of nannies by asking Usher if one of the nannies was forced to leave Miami, “because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?” Davis was a friend and bridesmaid of Tameka, according to close friends of the former couple.
Once the lawyer unloaded the bombshell, Usher appeared speechless for several moments afterward. Usher’s lawyer wisely objected to the line of questioning.
Right before that, the atmosphere was already tense, because Usher rehashed an alleged spitting incident he had with his ex-wife. Echoing his testimony from Monday, Usher said Tameka flew into a jealous rage, when he came to her house with his new girlfriend. She allegedly said, “I’m gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?”
Afterward, Tameka allegedly hit and threw food at him, but saved her best behavior for last by spitting on his girlfriend.

Hong Kong martial arts superstar Jackie Chan believes that his action days are numbered and would not be appearing in any more action titles.
According to Asian Bite, Chan said that he would be retiring from action movies after “Chinese Zodiac” because all the high kicks and vigorous tumbles have taken its toll on the 58-year-old, despite many who believe that he could still go on.
“It hurts, it really hurts. The shoulder, the ankle, it really hurts. You don’t know because I still look healthy,” he said while launching “Chinese Zodiac” at the Cannes.
Chan, who plays as a fortune-teller in “Chinese Zodiac”, added that the movie was a fulfillment of his most important film, after he had spent seven years writing, producing, directing and choreographing the fight scenes in the movie on his own.
“For the last ten years I’ve been choosing the director to direct me. This one I direct myself,” he said.
However instead of spending his quiet days gardening, cooking or bowling, Chan is not ready to step out of the limelight just yet, but is practicing his acting chops.
“When I look at Hollywood, at Robert De Niro, he can do anything – comedy, drama. Clint Eastwood who is 60-70 years old, he can still move. I said yes, that’s my goal.”
“Because action stars’ life is so short and an actor’s life is very long, I want to show audiences that I can act,” he said.

Sometimes the grand life of a star isn’t all that great at least according to Girls’ Generation (SNSD) member Jessica.
On May 22, fashion magazine Elle revealed a photo with the singer, who seems to be everywhere lately, wearing a white jacket and looking chic and modern. Her normally neat, straight hair gave off a bedhead vibe, while her vibrantly highlighted eyes looked fierce, highlighted with vibrant colors. The look all came together to portray a confident and sexy woman, coming into her own.
During her interview with Elle, Jessica said that when people first see her, they think she is a cold and scary person, but in reality, close friends have said she is kind-hearted and a bit of an oddball.
While talking about SNSD, who is currently preparing for its Japanese album, Jessica confessed that since her debut, she has never gone on a blind date. “I want to go on a normal blind date, eating tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) on the streets and playing at amusement parks.” She added.
When asked if there was a Jessica that she only knows, Jessica replied, “Shouldn’t I be the only one to know that secret?”
