Last week, she was a little-known Spanish-language actress and a fledging singer hoping for a crossover hit that would make her a star in the U.S.

Overnight, Eiza Gonzalez became an Internet sensation after she was blamed for breaking up one of Hollywood’s hottest young couples – Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. Gonzalez and Hemsworth were photographed gallivanting in a Las Vegas nightclub over the weekend, just days before Cyrus and Hemsworth officially called off their wedding plans.

Now everyone seems to be intrigued by the young, hot Mexican telenovela actress who was known in Latin America but a stranger in Hollywood.

The 23-year-old, the daughter of former model Glenda Reyna, cut her teeth in television at age 16 when she starred in the teen-targeted Mexican soap “Lola … Erase una Vez” [Lola … Once Upon a Time.]

She later starred in the crime drama “Mujeres Asesinas” [Female Assassins] and then released her first solo album “Contracorriente.”

She has lived in Buenos Aires, Mexico City and New York City.

She dated Mexican businessman Pepe Diaz for about two years. Gonzalez announced the breakup last month via Twitter – saying she had been single for over a month, according to People en Español.

“I’m happy ending a chapter in my life because another one is coming that has me very emotional,” she said via Twitter.

She also sent out list of attributes she looks for in men, saying she was looking for someone who had her appetite, enjoyed deep talks and walks in the rain.

Her relationship with Hemsworth is unclear – but already she has incurred the wrath of Cyrus fans who accuse her of breaking up wedding plans. But their relationship appeared to be on the rocks way before he was spotted with Gonzalez, and he was reportedly mortified by her recent bizarre behavior, including her raunchy performance at the Video Music Awards.

While it’s too soon to tell whether Hemsworth and Gonzalez will ever become an item, one thing seems pretty certain – he appears quite smitten with her.

“They never left each other’s sides,” an eyewitness told Life & Style magazine“They were with a few people and spent a few minutes at the VIP DJ stage table. Then they headed back to a more private VIP bungalow cabana near the pool. They had drinks and talked in the bungalow. They left together with the rest of the group around 2 a.m.”

Celebrity couple Zhang Ziyi and Sa Beining have recently announced their split after being in a relationship for nearly a year.

As reported on LETV website, rumours have it that the two of them have called it quits after the CCTV host was spotted checking into a hotel room with a mysterious woman, who is believed to be his new love interest.

It was also reported that Sa has been depressed about the split and spent most of his time working to distract himself from thinking about the actress.

But while the TV personality is miserably searching for a new love to replace Zhang Ziyi, the 34-year-old actress on the other hand, was all smiles at the promotional event of her upcoming movie, “My Lucky Star”.

The actress brushed off questions about her ex-boyfriend and cheerfully talked about her handsome co-star Leehom Wang instead. She enthused, “If we ever got together, I’m sure our children will be so good-looking!”

When urged to talk about Sa Beining, Ziyi simply answered, “I will talk again about it if the movie passes the RMB 500 million mark.”

On the outside, life as a top-shelf racecar driver seems ideal. Driving fast for a living, getting paid boatloads of money for wins and sponsorship deals, traveling around the country – if not the world – all seems to have the making of a dream life. What many of us on the outside don’t realize, though, is that achieving your dream comes with consequences, drawbacks and sacrifices.

A new reality video series, Flat Out, focuses on Dylan Kwasniewski, a 17-year-old racer who has already captured the K&N West title, climbing one of the rungs on the NASCAR ladder that will lead to a race seat in the Sprint Cup Series. At 17, though, Kwasniewski is forced to balance the normal demands of being a teenager with being one of the youngest and most talented drivers in the NASCAR development pool. The series from Autoblog parent AOL just saw its first season go live, and it follows Kwasniewski and his mom as they manage life in the K&N East Series from a base in North Carolina with his high school life at home in Las Vegas.

Take a look below for the first episode of the series, a seven-minute whirlwind that sees Dylan running a race on the east coast while preparing for one of the great rites of passage for American teenagers – prom.
